Paul developed the Marketing Function in Kaba from a standing start into what became a full service team, pre-merge in a £23M business, post-merge in a £90M+ UK organisation. Paul led a busy, outgoing Marketing Team that delivered a full package of focused marketing activity comprising a varied event programme, targeted campaigns, a digital/video programme, SEO and social media. Paul managed a full and comprehensive Marketing Budget, always delivering a good mix of activity on time and within budget. Paul’s marketing function was well respected within the group business, collaborating with colleagues across Europe and the USA and offering several best practice examples within the organisation.
